The Golden Gate Bridge is one of the subjects I return to most. Living in Marin, I cross it constantly and still pull over for photos when the light or fog speak to me: blue hour as the tower lights come on, evenings when the Presidio's cypress trees frame the span, and the crystal-clear sunrises when the city skyline threads between its cables. These four photographs are the keepers.
