Museum-Grade Paper
I use 100% cotton archival fine art paper for all prints. Hahnemuhle Photo Rag is a heavy (308 GSM) acid-free archival paper that should look as good in 100 years as it does today.
Prints smaller than 36” x 54” come framed with an archival window mat measuring between 1.5” and 2.5” depending on the size of the image. Prints measuring 36” x 54” come mounted with an acid-free adhesive on a rigid backing so they stay perfectly flat and, as they are intended to be framed without a mat, have a built-in 2.0” white border on the paper to give the artwork space between the frame and the surrounding environment.
Hand-Made Frames
All of my frames are made by hand from hardwood and are available in maple, cherry, walnut, or satin black. My frames use acrylic that blocks 99% of UV light to protect the prints from fading or discoloration. I also prefer acrylic over glass because it’s more durable when moving or shipping, and much safer if it does somehow break.
All frames include mounting hardware so they’re ready to hang. Frames 12” x 18” and smaller include a sawtooth picture hanger, and larger frames include D-rings and hanging wire.
